Any order that receives payment verbally or online constitutes a legal and binding sales agreement from purchaser to seller and hereby is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellations, Deposits and special order items are non-returnable, and non-refundable. Projected delivery dates are estimates and not a firm commitment by the seller.
Custom Wheel Distributing will accept new returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
1. Call the Customer Service department at 1-888-266-5177.
Any items returned without authorization will be refused.
2. All merchandise must be new!
3. Tires must not be driven on.
4. Wheels must not have been mounted and driven on.
REFUND CALCULATIONS
Tires: Credit less all freight charges incurred and 20% restocking fee.
Wheels: Credit less all freight charges incurred and 20% restocking fee. Wheels cannot have tires mounted on; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
Note: Mounted wheels are non-returnable.
Wheel & tire packages: Credit less the following:
1. $80 labor charge for dismounting and cleaning
2. All freight charges incurred
3. 20% restocking fee.

SHIPPING AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Shipping Damage – Visible:
Step 1. Document on your receipt what damage is visible and have delivery person sign, print their name and date.
Step 2. Contact customer service immediately for appropriate course of action.
Step 3. Retain all packaging material for claim processing.
Step 4. Take pictures of package(s) and email to shipping@customwheel.com.
Your credit depends upon these steps being followed carefully.
Shipping Damage – Concealed:
Step 1.Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service department within five days of delivery for appropriate course of action.
Step 2. Retain all packaging material for claim processing.
Step 3. Take pictures of package(s) and email to shipping@customwheel.com.
Your credit depends upon these steps being followed carefully.
Cosmetic Damage - Claims for cosmetic damages cannot be made once the wheels have been mounted and / or installed on vehicle. Please inspect wheels prior to mounting
Ride complaints - Claims for ride issues can be made within 5 days of receipt of product only. Due to circumstances beyond are controls (i.e.: potholes curb damage) we can only guarantee your product arrives in perfect working condition. Please call our customer service department if you have any issues regarding your order upon receipt. |
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty is sold with the warranty by the manufacturer extended to the purchaser. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of manufacturer’s warranty. Freight charges for warranty claims are the responsibility of the end user. Other than the manufacturers warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
RETURN CHECKLIST
Please follow these instructions carefully. If the product is not received in 100% re sellable condition, NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED!
Tires only
o Each tire is clearly labeled with your return address and Custom Wheel Distributing address
o Copy of original invoice with Return Authorization Number showing taped securely on tire.
Wheels only
o Wheels must be well secured and protected. Any original protective packing received with shipment must be reused in the same manner to prevent damage. (i.e. cardboard chafing)
o If any packaging materials (including boxes) are damaged, please call for replacement shipping supplies.
o Please include a copy of the invoice inside every returned package.
o Secure center cap on wheel, or insert cap(s) in separate bag, and tape bag securely. Caps must not be loose in box.
o Secure lug nuts in separate bag, and tape bag securely.
Lug nuts must not be loose in box.
o Remove any staples that are not fully closed from the box.
o We recommend that you insure the package for the proper value and ship via UPS or FEDEX for tracking purposes.
TIRE & WHEEL PACKAGES
